Terms
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All postage and packing costs are set at £10 for each pochade painting.
Please allow at least 28 working days for your order to arrive. Any
customised orders may require extra delivery time to cover your needs. During
this time please feel free to email us at info@pochade.co.uk
for an update on your delivery status. Please quote your customer reference
number in all correspondence.
RETURNS
We can not see a scenario where you would be unhappy with your artwork or
box, but if you need to return a piece for any reason within the first 10
days, you may return the artwork/box and will receive a full refund (minus
postage and packing costs of £5 - £25)
COLOURS
All paintings have either been scanned digitally or photographed, therefore colours that you see on this site might not match perfectly to the original pochade painting
Payment
We use Paypal as our online secure method, if you do not have an account
it is easy to join up at www.paypal.co.uk
. If you prefer to pay by cheque please send an email stating which
pochade you would like to reserve and that you wish to pay by cheque. We
will return your email to confirm your choice and finalise payment. Alternatively
you can email a daytime or evening telephone number and one of our sales
representatives will call you at a time as specified by you.

Please note that reserved pochades will only be held for a total of 14 working days before being placed back to the virtual gallery, and marked for available sale.
Delivery
Once purchased online, pochade.co.uk aim to deliver within 14 working days
for mainland UK purchases. We use Business Post or Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery. We aim to accommodate any special requirements. Should

Pochades bought as gifts can be deliverd to an alternate address from the receipt.
